Hot-forged bolts
Hot-forged bolt blanks and special fasteners from forged bar, with rolled threads and full material traceability.

Overview
Hot-forged bolts are produced by forging the head from heated bar stock, then machining and thread-rolling the shank to drawing. Forging the head gives a continuous grain flow from head to shank that is stronger than a machined-from-bar equivalent, making the process suited to high-strength and special-head fasteners that off-the-shelf stock cannot supply. We forge, machine and thread in-house and route heat treatment through trusted specialist partners, managing the full process so every lot ships with complete traceability.
Typical applications
- Structural high-strength bolts
- Railway track fasteners
- Mining and plant special fasteners
- T-head and flanged specials
- Long-shank forged bolts

Manufactured insulated rail joints for track circuits and signalling isolation, built to take repeated wheel loads.
Recoverable anchor screws
Recoverable roof- and side-anchor screws for underground support — engineered to be installed, loaded and withdrawn intact.
Thread whirling
Whirling of high-quality heavy-duty threads — typically acme or trapezoidal — on long lengths from Ø25 to Ø105 mm, up to 2.2 m.
Thread rolling
Cold-rolled external threads up to M64 — strong, smooth, precise and uniform forms produced with no chip loss.
Toolmaking
Design, manufacture and maintenance of dies, fixtures, jigs and gauges — the tooling that keeps production running.
